Fantastic customer service. I had a piece missing on a light purchased a long time ago and the lady in the shop ( Sue ) went above and beyond to find the missing part from the manufacturer and sent it to me directly. She was always lovely when I spoke to her. Couldn't recommend this shop enough.

Christmas miracle!In this day and age a company that goes above and beyond are nothing short of hero’s and need to be recognised as such. After hours of looking for a feature light for our staircase and landing, we decided to visit Warmead, I wish we had gone here in the 1st place. Popped in and found exactly what we were looking for and it was excellent value for money. The 2 ladies serving were lovely, knowledgeable and very friendly. Be sure to visit this place.

Friendly staff so helpful we bought some outside lights and needed some help..We ended up with the perfect lights all 7 of them thanks to the staff even helped us carry them to our car..such excellent service..We do need some more lighting so will be definitely going back to order from this store..They actually care about their customers which is hard to find in any of the bigger stores..

On a mission to find a replacement bulb for a fibre optic Christmas Tree. I thought it was going to be a big ask but I got a pack of 3 replacement bulbs without a hitch for £4.99. I wasn't going to even bother looking as the tree is really old, so glad I did as otherwise I would have had to ditch my treasured tree. Staff were so helpful.
