I went to the eye appointment and was very well attended. From the entrance to the view consultation.I did all the tests to change the glasses.

Absolutely fabulous , a Great Team at W.bridgford , i went back to specsavers after having been to one of the supermarkets, i paid more but I now have top Glasses and everything was explained to me in detail. love my new glasses and feel so happy with them. The extra money is well worth every single penny. Whole experience is top class. I won;t ever go anywhere else.

Great staff, so knowledgeable and friendly.I think they need to offer to put new lens in old glasses as a first offer. In other words , not to assume you will buy a new frame.The staff were fabulous.Thank you

Super experience last Sunday, both myself and my husband had booked eye tests, my husband went on to order glasses on the day. Everyone was friendly and professional, they were all very busy but we did not feel rushed, we were given adequate time for our tests and to choose frames and lenses. Liam was especially helpful and informative regarding types of frames and suitable lenses.

I was visiting the area and needed help with my contacts (I’m with specsavers but not this branch). The staff member greeting out front was extremely friendly and accommodating, even with it being a busy Saturday 2 weeks before Christmas. This really made a difference to my trip in the area, as not being able to see would not have been ideal! Customer service exceeded expectations - wish I could go here regularly.

A very nice Specsavers. I travel to this one as I like the location, and usually have a coffee and some brunch before or after on the avenue. I find the store and staff to be most helpful. I recently had an eye test and my prescription had changed. Liam was very professional and knowledgeable. I was given plenty of time and patience which is important to me as choosing the right frame is not easy when you're doing it alone. Thank you.

Excellent service and told me many things I did not know like having lens thinned so they fit frames better and that my cataracts could be many years before they became a problem (I had believed from other optician they would worsen every visit) and helping me with glare when am driving. They were just excellent. Can't speak too highly of them
