SGB Drainage

Wow, what a first Class company! I was very impressed with the friendliness, professionalism, knowledge and efficiency of Luke and his team! I would definitely use them again and I’d have no difficulty recommending this company to anyone!

We had a problem with flooding from our drainage for over 20 years... several firms have 'rocked up' and said they have dealt with the issue... still to find constant flooding. we decided we were going to move the drain and called SGB Drainage... Luke contacted me and arranged to call over... He spent the time to explain the issues with moving the drain... meanwhile, he gave the drain a thorough clean out... what he removed was unbelievable... since then which was July 20 we have NEVER had a flood not even a puddle.Hence saved me the money to move the drain… what a GENUINE outfit….*****Highly recommend from our experience*****

Really pleased with professional job. Always arrived early and all works carried out, laid and bedded correctly. It was obvious they took a pride in their work. The cost was very reasonable. Luke even ran a camera down the pipe to check for issues and did not even charge me before getting the job. I generally don't recommend people as rarely impressed with peoples work. I have no hesitation in highly recommending SGB. Really nice for once to feel my money was well spent.

Luke was amazingly helpful and professional, called him up on a Saturday evening and he came on the Sunday morning to do a full replacement of the old waste pipe. He was incredibly friendly and the job he did was amazing! Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of any drainage works!

Luke, visited and looked into a job related to my rain water. He was very thorough, professional and down to earth. He was extremely helpful at diagnosing the problem and ways of fixing the problem. Very prompt and professional, unfortunately he was fully booked and my job was urgent. Although not completed the job, I felt obliged to leave him the feedback. He also declined to charge for his urgent visit inspite me suggesting.

Luke was prompt efficient and very knowledgeable. He did the survey quickly and for a very reasonable charge. Afterwards we chatted about options and he left the survey results on my pc and said he would get back to me with a quote for the work needed. He was a really nice guy very polite and down to earth. Definately call him out again if needed.
