Great house clearance service. Gabi was excellent in understanding our needs and scheduling the waste clearance. The two guys who arrived were polite, curteous and hard working. They were excellent, punctual, professional, very friendly as well as reasonably priced. Nothing was too much for them. Would definitely use again if the need ever arises.

Having been let down by other companies, Viable Waste Solutions really did us proud. Absolute massive job that probably put other companies off, yet VWS came to our aid. Hard working and professional clearance company, cleared my 4 bed house in Apperley. Good communications, arrived on time and invoice exactly as promised. House left clear and tidy, everything was properly recycled or sent for charity reuse. Very good value for the quality of service provided.

Excellent service with taking away two dismantled sheds. Left the area very tidy. They were delayed coming to us ( not their fault) but kept us fully informed

I originally contacted Grant for a quote for mattress removal. Unfortunately, it worked out too expensive initially, however he sourced a new option and was able to lower the price, so happily went ahead. On the day, he text to say they had hit some traffic, so would be about 20 mins behind schedule, and this was greatly appreciated. Would definitely use again and recommend their services.
