Hale Veterinary Group, Melksham Surgery

So pleased that I changed over to Hale. Brought my dog in today for a health check and raised a couple of concerns that I had about him, the vet was brilliant, has done full blood test to see what's going on and was great with my dog - as was the nurse who helped with the blood test. Patch loved the fuss that was made of him and they made his visit much less traumatic than it could've been. Very happy & grateful to have found such a caring vet practice :) They were also brilliant when I took my daughter in this morning with her hamster, she was really worried about it but they put her mind at rest, gave him the treatment he needed and made my daughter feel at ease. Thank you x

Have been coming here for years with my cats who have always been greeted warmly and treated with respect and affection. A couple of my cats have needed major operations, the outcomes of which have always been very successful. I have huge confidence in all the vets at this practice. Unless I really had to, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I’ve been using this veterinary service for over 30 years for farm animals initially but now my canine fur babies.I’m always greeted well, my pets are always spoken to and stroked before any action is carried out.Vets have changed over the years but the service hasn’t changed.

Unfortunately I had to say goodbye to our beloved cat Tiger-Lily. I just want to thank you for all your support you gave me on the day. You are an amazing team and thank you for the card and the her paw print .

Have lived in the area for a couple of years and have used Hale vets since I arrived. Have always had excellent service from staff whether receptionists, or staff helping with our animals. Recently had to sadly have our cat put down and I couldn't have been better helped. Have used their healthy pet scheme, recommended it, and will continue to take our dogs here.

Pretty appalling to be informed my details removed from system in favour of ex wife, surely this is a breach of regulations. Always used this veterinary practice. I wasn’t even asked about change, my name and number stored on system and not so much a call to enquire if this was ok?Disgusted with this, perhaps an explanation how this breach in customer experience was allowed to happen.

Always used this vets absolutely brilliant, such a caring group of people, unfortunately we lost one of our beloved pets today and all I can say is the team were amazing.

Lucy is brilliant. We feel truly cared for every time we visit the surgery with the team being so friendly and welcoming. I trust Lucy implicitly and love that she genuinely cares for her clients and their humans.

I have used this Vet practice for many years. I breed and show pedigree cats, so rely on my Vets being knowledgeable and professional, and building up a good relationship with them. My recent experience was again very positive with a Vet I hadn't met before, but who followed up a routine op with helpful feedback. Thanks also to nursing and reception staff for their always helpful attitude.
