Fair price good service

Dropped off a very expensive item of clothing to be dry cleaned, charged for dry cleaning but the item was washed instead.i didn't realise until I got home and they denied it upon return. It had shrunk and lost colour - Worst Laundry Service

Rang to ask for a price person there unable to help it was her first day and she had been left on her own

Took my 3 piece suit and shirt to get dry cleaned for my friends wedding. Dropped the suit off on Friday afternoon and was told it would be ready Tuesday 4pm.Turned up on the Tuesday at 4:15ish pm and was told the dry cleaning machine had broken and I had to come back Thursday. I couldn’t do that as I needed to catch a train on Wednesday lunchtime to get down for the wedding on the Thursday. (Using the ticket I had already booked)So they took my number and name and said they would ring me Wednesday morning at 9am.I was waiting for a phone call all morning, until I had to ring them at 11am. Which they then said it wouldn’t be ready until 3:30pm, but this meant I had to miss my train, so now I’m out of pocket another £45 as it was too late to get a refund.I wouldn’t have minded as much if they rang me in the first place (as they had taken my number) so I could either wait for them to do it or try and get it done somewhere else.Or even ring me when they said they would...When the suit was finally ready there was no apology until I told them I wasn’t happy!No compensation was offered, all they said was next time there would be no problems.Sorry but there won’t be a next time.Very disappointed... and an extra £45 out of pocket. Also a little sceptical if it’s even been done, as there is a small mark on the back of the waist coat which was there when I dropped it off. I would go and complain, but I need to catch the train I’ve had to pay for twice!If I could mark 0 stars, I would!

Best Laundry Services were very helpful with my enquiry, even though they couldn't pick up due to shortage of drivers they offered a fair price and advised me on what would be the best option for me. Very polite staff.

Excellent and fast service, very good price too. All my clothes were washed thoroughly and folded neatly waiting for me to collect.
