Broomhill dental practice

Dentist was great. All the head aches an tooth pain. Seems to have cleared right up thank you. All the staff was helpfull an made me. Feel relaxed about the work i needed.

I cannot rate this dental practice high enough. I went today after being referred by 111. I ended up having a wisdom tooth removal and after the procedure I felt faint and dizzy. The lovely staff on reception helped me, brought me into a room and looked after me until my friend picked me up. A massive thank you to the staff there, you made me feel really comfortable

I had the misfortune to suffer toothache, an agonizing, horrifying pain that I cannot describe with words. After a call to the 111 service, I was sent to this dental practice the same day. They even phoned and asked if I wanted to come earlier, which of course I did. I would have crawled there on my hands and knees, the pain was so intense. The dentist was a good fellow. He did not waste any time getting the needle into my gum, which hit the spot. And yes, it sounded like he was using a masonry drill on my tooth. But the tooth was saved, and my mouth was saved from looking like a Mexican cartel slaying. More importantly, the terrifying, indescribable agony was gone. And I am extremely grateful for it. Thank you folks.

I was referred by 111, the receptionist was very lovely. The dentist Dr Basu was very unprofessional, didn’t listen to me or have any sympathy for me, I was in a lot of pain. He was rushing to send me out the doors. Didn’t explain anything, didn’t tell me how long after I can eat or drink. He made me feel very unwelcome. I was In even more pain after I seen him. I’m still in pain and having pain killers waiting to see my own dentist. I would give zero star if I could. I would avoid going to this dental practice.

Everyone here was amazing. The receptionists were the friendliest and most helpful I have ever met. The dentist was exceptionally professional and very thorough. I wish we could be patients there. Highly recommended.

Got a same day appointment through 111 and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Receptionists were lovely, the dentist I saw and dental nurse were exceptional and I left within the hour without the pain I went in with! Thank you so much.

The service was brilliant. The reception staff were really attentive and gave me all the info I needed. The Dentist was very efficient as well her dental nurse. They gave me great advice and care.

Absolutely petrified of the dentist so I haven't been in over 10 years. Been struggling with toothache over the last month and I've been putting it off hoping it would go away so I didn't have to go - waited a short while to be seen and the dentist I saw could not have been more helpful! She was young and had blonde hair working in surgery 1. She gave me helpful advice and was really calming, made me feel at ease. I couldn't have been more thankful - although this surgery was a 40 minute drive away from my house, I'd certainly go back if any other problems occured in the future.

The dentist really made me feel at easy. It went better than i expected. I had many fears but it wasnt that bad at all. They answered all my questions and kept reassuring me it would be fine before,during and after the procedure.

Referred by 111 emergency for severe pain…By far the best dental service I have ever had in my entire life and I can not recommend enough.Thank you…
