So rude. I entered and asked if I could pay with my student card and was told yes. After the treatment I showed perfectly valid student ID and was rejected. Staff spoke to me with such attitude and laughed as we paid. Will never be going back!

Depends on who you get really. Some follow your requests, others ignore you and obliterate your eyebrows. At my last appointment the lady who happily did them the month before, proceeded to tell me, in front of other customers, how rubbish my natural eyebrows were and how gappy they are!First of all, I get them threaded there every monthSecond of all, there's plenty of hair it's just fair.And third of all, I didn't ask for your opinion on the condition of my eyebrows, I pay you to listen and thread my eyebrows without a peep. Lost a regular customer now.

The lady called Jas, was not so welcoming and rude , I came today for an eyebrows didn’t do her job properly and jus telling excuses. Previously from past 1 year I was coming all the lady’s were so good and friendly work was awesome, please try to maintain a good a staff who know the work properly please, facial things cannot make mistakes.

recently had my eyebrows done, but unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with the staff who provided the service. Their behavior was rude and the overall quality of service was disappointing.

AVOID AT ALL COST!I popped in for a men's eyebrow threading. I was served by a very rude Turkish woman. Who ended up slicing my nose multiple times whilst she threaded my eyebrows. No duty or care was given.I was charged £18 - by the Asian lady in charge. Even though though the woman who actually did the threading told her I had only had minimal work done and that it should be £10.This place is the epitome of poor customer service and very poor service.

I am never going there again. Totally ruined my eyebrow when I asked them only to tidy it up and not shape it. She just took a CHUNK out of my eye brow and refused to admit it . She kept to talking to other people while she was doing it as well. It looks absolutely hideous

Went in the salon lady that claims she’s manger was on the phone talking in her own language so I asked her the price for eyebrows and tint she had told me then went back on the phone to talk after 60 seconds she spoke rudley and said to me do you want it or not. Not happy with the service never going there again very disappointed how can someone like that be a manger with no good communication skills secondly your at work why you talking away on the phone! Whils you have costumers..

Have been here a couple of times before and had a few issues but nothing major. But my most recent appointment I have had the most awful experience. There was only one woman working at the time and I understand she had a bit of a queue but she completely rushed my eyebrow wax. The communication was poor. She did not listen to my preference and I have ended up with thin, uneven eyebrows after me growing them out. She has also left wax burns above and under my right eyebrow which sting and hurt a lot. The one above looks like it’s going to scar. I’m very unhappy with the service and would not recommend. Will not be returning unfortunately.

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon this Saturday - I asked to have my eyebrows waxed, and the lady who did my brows burnt my eyelid. she didn't apologize, didn't offer any help, didn't acknowledge it in any way. I've been a loyal client for over a year, but after this incident I would strongly advise to avoid this place! I ended up in a lot of pain and a very noticeable burn.
