My Fiancé went to Fine Craft for my engagement ring and only has the most amazing things to say about it. He said the customer service but fantastic and they listened to exactly what he wanted whilst also making some great suggestions. We had to take the ring back due to claws being slightly loose but Dov and the team made it a priority to get it sorted as soon as possible and were great about it. We will definitely be coming back here for our wedding bands. I am constantly getting compliments on how beautiful this ring is! Thank you.

Dov handcrafted an incredibly unique wedding ring which was a perfect accompaniment to my stunning engagement ring. I went in with no real idea of what style I wanted and rather than pushing for tons of diamonds, Dov looked at my engagement ring and gave an honest opinion to suggest something a lot simplier but with an elegant twist. He took my engagement ring to make sure all the measurements were correct and the wedding ring fit well alongside my engagement ring. Dov even completed a free service on my engagement ring so it looked just as perfect as my new wedding ring on the day. He was very responsive throughout the whole process and the price was far more reasonable than many other jewellers in Hatton Garden. I’m so glad we stumbled across his shop toward the end of the long rainy day spent looking for engagement rings. I only had 6 weeks to go to the wedding and Dov was there every step of the way, putting me at ease. It’s like having two rings in one! I get so many compliments on my ring and many people have never seen such a ring before! I would highly recommend Finecraft Jewellery to anyone!

I bought my engagement ring from Finecraft last year and returned after excellent service to purchase the wedding rings with my Fiancee.Coral treated us like a valued customer looking after us very well knowing we had come back as a repeat customer. We paid the deposit on the rings the day before lockdown began and Coral was able to have the rings made in time for our wedding keeping us informed throughout.We will be going back again for all our future jewelry purchases!

Purchased a beautiful ring, excellent quality. Customer service was really good, no pressure to buy & very helpful. Ring needed re-sizing, but was a little large (exceptionally hot weather to blame not the jeweller) no problem with further re-sizing. Very pleased with my whole experience, would definitely recommend & buy further jewellery here. Thank you.

My husband and I visited FineCraft London after a disappointing day looking round Hatton Gardens to find the perfect ring! We dealt with Coral and instantly felt comfortable in comparison to other places we had visited. Coral really took the time to listen to us and the style of ring we wanted to fit our budget. Dov was all round fantastic and the ring came out even better than we could have hoped for!I spent a long time in and out of different jewellers until Dov brought me inside, he rushed off to find some black diamonds then and there; within 5 minutes he was back with options and explained what we could do to create a ring that wasn’t only stunning but would last the test of time.Never felt rushed, gained lots of knowledge, price was reasonable and Dov wasn’t looking to get extra money out of me, it was always about the right solution for me.Couldn’t recommend more and we’re coming back for wedding rings!

Their quality of work has certainly diminished. We purchased my engagement and wedding rings here over 7 years ago. Less than a year ago we bought an eternity ring and it’s already turning yellow. The three rings were soldered together last year and the soldering for the eternity ring has already given way. Very disappointed with their craftsmanship now.
