Do stuff even bother to check their customers orders??? Not exactly cheap are you? Yet you don’t receive the sauces for the chicken selects.. don’t receive straws for the drink.. oh and items missing as well. AVOID the place

I recently had the opportunity to visit the McDonald’s on Queen Drive Avenue in Liverpool, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The drive-thru service was exceptionally smooth, and the staff members were friendly and efficient.The convenience of the drive-thru allowed me to enjoy a quick meal without the need to leave my car. The ordering process was straightforward, and I was impressed with the speed at which my order was taken and prepared.The food itself was exactly what you would expect from McDonald’s—tasty and satisfying. The classic Big Mac I ordered was freshly made, with a generous portion of beef, crispy lettuce, and the iconic special sauce. The fries were hot and perfectly salted, and the soft drink was refreshing.I also appreciate the cleanliness of the establishment. The drive-thru area was well-maintained, and I felt comfortable and safe throughout my visit. Ordered sweet chilli wrap with no lettuce and it’s said no lettuce on package but there was lettuce on the wrap both my Mc crispy burger and wrap was warm and sweaty giving off a bad smell I had one bite of the wrap and ended up putting everything in the bin. bad experience and would never use this store again

Old school order at the now hatch that all staff in back just walk past , so waited with others 10 mins to be served , then kids coke like water so again 10 mins to try change. Shouted through to the back for service one person comes out takes the reorder then missing . Badly run place will not return.

Used to be one of the best in the area, however over the last 6-8 weeks I now consider it a non return due to its extremely poor standards.Numerous cold meals, never anyone available to be a face of the restaurant, a complete fall from the high standards it used to have.

order, also after the refurbish it is nearly impossible to talk to any staff about your order, all the staff including the manger avoid eye contact so they don’t have to help you. Once you finally get chance to talk to someone you are met with disgusted looks and the worst attitudes, and to make my experience worse most of my order was wrong and cold I won’t ever be coming back and I advise others to choose a different McDonalds, it’s a shame McDonalds use to be a nice experience and since they have introduced delivery orders the whole franchise has gone down hill very dissatisfied and I won’t bother wasting my money again.
