Bad communication, I was told I would be eased into the job and would be allowed to shadow but upon asking for shifts more than once I was ignored. I work with another agency and I feel like their training methods were much more effective and free.

Good shifts, just a shame some of them are too far. You have to pay for certificates and get your timesheets in on a certain date!
