Great communication from the hosts, an extremely clean and well located property and two good nights' sleep.

We had a two night family stay at the apartment and used it as a base to explore the sights of Warwickshire. The apartment was clean and well presented. The joining instructions were very clear and easy to use to gain access to the gated car park and apartment. The bedrooms are on the ground and middle floors with the second floor being the kitchen and the third level being a home office.Overall the apartment is good but whilst the bedrooms could sleep eight the living space is really only suitable for 4 - 6 people. In fact, the kitchen table only seats 6 people and the living room only really has seating for 4 or 5 people at a push.For the four of us it was fine but if you were 6 or more you would find it a squeeze.The home office level could be better turned into a TV snug seating up to 8 people and the current living room turned into a dining room that could easily seat 8. I can only assume there is an office space to allow the apartment to be used by a home worker/professional worker let rather than just a self catering holiday home.At a booking price of £470 for two nights the apartment was on the expensive side for a family of four. But, if you were a party of 6 adults then it would be a fair price.Walking access to Coventry city centre was fine and would take about 30 minutes on foot.

We stayed here to attend a concert at Coventry Ricoh Centre, and stayed for a further night - 5 adults. It was a lovely, well equipped home (although we did not cook any meals whilst we were there) and a great, comfortable stay was had by all. No complaints.

Lovely property in quiet location. Perfect for what we needed. Location only a 12 min walk from the Rugby stadium and Arena. Hosts were excellent. The kettle didn't work and within an hour of being told, we had a replacement (and a box of chocolates.)

Lovely home in a great location with easy access to city centre and local high street shops and cafe. Great hosts who were really helpful when we needed to extend due to overunning building work at our own home.

Perfect for what we wanted. Close enough to Brandon Marsh Wildlife Centre (12 miles) for us to visit twice in two days and 7 minutes walk to the Coventry Arena for watching The Killers on Saturday night. The house is great, well equipped kitchen, comfy lounge and ample bedroom space. We will stay again in the future. Thank-you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute terraced house. It was tastefully decorated, clean, cosy, well equipped with good heating and shower. The beds were all very comfortable and it felt like home from home. The area was quiet eith very easy, free on-street parking and just 8 mins drive to the city centre.
