I’ve had a few things from here, and I’ve also sadly had to return a couple of things. Always dealt with professionally and the store has a great range. Love that the tent displays change and great to have so close to town.The fountain was cool. Shame it doesn’t work any more!

They stuff is top worth every penny I brought a coat oh my god it kept dry it was so warm the staff are top people my went in there 3 days ago he was not very well they got him a chair to sit on and made sure he was alright thank you

A young member of staff at Manchester called Julia was so helpful her enthusiasm and professionalism was in abundance which made our visit to Manchester go outdoors a pleasurable and we will be back , fab place to go people prices and variety were great

Fantastic to be here at Go Outdoors. I'm always happy to look out for something I wished to add to the household. Absolutely seen a great variety of products in store, hiking shoes, fishing equipment, camping gear and accessories, and clothing for adventurous travelers. I ended up getting two comfy recliner chairs with stable support, well designed with great mechanics, and quality is excellent as well.

Really poor experience almost every time i visit. Gloves on the rack not properly price labelled and often scattered about all over the place. Just visited a minute ago to purchase an item. Unfortunately, there was one person on the till and multiple members of staff walking around while a number of customers waited for almost 10 minutes for one transaction to take place. There doesn't seem to be any cohesion or fluidity to what should be a very simple experience. Disappointing

Not sure what was happening but the prices in store didn't ring up at the till. For example some cookery sets had a discount but we didn't receive these at checkout. We spent an eye watering amount and rechecked the receipt once back in the car. Many items had been overcharged so we went to return them. The staff asked us why we wanted to return said items and we explained how we thought it was cheaper, after they got someone to check the price they did confirm it was supposed to be cheaper. We didn't have the car parking time to get all our items checked but we shudder at how much GO outdoors have robbed off us.

Superb store for everything outdoorsy. A huge range of goods and at very reasonable prices too. I joined their discount scheme and saved £30 on a nice pair of Hi-Tec walking boots. Lovely friendly staff who couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. Highly recommended.
