Really great people and great service. They built me the fastest computer that I have had in the last 40 years which is a joy to use and excellent for voice recognition. They mended my daughters £1000 laptop which both she and I were beginning to think would be a right off for a very modest amount-less than 1/20th of its value.Highly recommended.

I needed to get the data on my Sony desktop PC running Windows 10 transferred to an iMac running OS X and to get Win11 installed on the iMac. Khalid and Idris are both sure-footed professionals and very helpful. They did a first class job in no time at all, and I have no hesitation in recommending them

Bought a graphics card from them years ago which was faulty and needed to be replaced. It cost £150 and was a Radeon 9800 pro. They held onto it and said they were going to arrange the replacement but never did. I kept going back every other day for weeks and they led me to believe that they were going to get it replaced via the manufacturer.Their excuse in the end was something like they were just a small shop and it wasn't high priority as they can't make money from it. They gave the card back after weeks of stringing me on. Disgusting service and overpriced to boot.I've had many graphics cards before and since which have been fine from other places. I've had to RMA things myself and manufacturers are easy to deal with.I work in IT and live down the road from them. If I need something I'll buy it online, although I did buy a used case from them which was fine several years back and the odd overpriced cable so I'd maybe take this review as 1.5 stars. I just couldn't trust them with buying an actual component unless an absolute emergency, it can't wait and aria is closed and I can't find it anywhere else.

Just before lockdown brought a pc in & asked if they could put Windows 10 on it and speed it up. They said yes & put Windows on it and an sd card charged me £60 for Windows and £55 for sd card. I got a laptop just after this so turned the pc on about twice for 5 minutes, i had decided to give it to my brother & wait for lockdown to end and he could pick it up. So, it's 10 months later I'm getting ready to deliver the PC i turn it on....it's sluggish & eventually the icons appear on the desktop but nothing happens when you click on them. I take it back to shop & they say 'The Motherboard has gone....possibly bc it is old...We'll charge you blah blah to get another Motherboard fitted,' Well, if i used it for like 10 minutes after they had speeded it up & put new Windows on it' why should it not work? If it was 'old' as they say why did they bother to do the work on it? Rip off! I would NOT use them again."

Fantastic service! Would Highly recommend these guys! Needed a screen replacing on an Asus laptop. After calling 4 other places, these guys quoted £30-£50 less than the others to get the job done! I paid a realistic price for top quality repair which was done within 24hrs.
