Shears Plumbing Heating & Gas Tamworth

Since moving into my home, i’ve had nothing but problems with the heating system/various leaks due to a previous company and their shoddy work installing the heating system before I moved in. Shears was recommended to me and i’ll be using them from now on. Danielle was incredibly helpful and kind, when I called, within 5 minutes she had called me back with confirmation Ben was coming out. Ben was here within the hour and had the problem fixed in no time. He was so helpful, informative and patient. He had this way of calming my stress levels (probably his 80s music on the go helped too) and fixing the leak in an efficient manner. This will be my go to company going forward, they were just brilliant and offered such an outstanding and professional service. Thank you so much.

We had a great experience with Ben at shears really friendly and understanding of what the customer wants instead of just doing what is quickest. The lads were really friendly and finish to a high standard and left no mess! We had lots of quotes but shears no only was the best but also catered for our needs the most. So pleased we went with them.

On first contact with Ben all members of his team were attentive, efficient and polite. Through the process all members listened to queries and worries and gave clear explanations. Can’t speak highly enough of Ben and his team. We asked Ben to plan and carry out a renovation of our out houses to convert them into a dining room. From start to finish we were extremely pleased with the whole process, the team were punctual, tidy and carried out the work with excellent workmanship.

We wouldn't use anyone else. Ben and Tommy replaced our boiler 2 years ago and put it in the loft for us to save on space. They are always extremely professional and make a considerable effort to be as tidy as possible.Ben has also renovated our en suite and worked with us to figure out the best way to get exactly what we wanted.We have also had Todd and Dean round to do general plumbing and again, always professional and friendly.I would definitely recommend this company.

We was recommended Shears by previous people who had work done by them and they didn’t disappoint. Upon first contact the lady who answered the phone was polite, friendly and professional. Ben and his team are highly responsive, informative and listened to what we wanted. The process of moving and replacing our Boiler from the kitchen to the garage was carried out with no distribution to my day. The work they carried out was to a high standard and everything was cleaned up before they left. The whole team work extremely hard and are friendly and easy to get along with. I would recommended this company to anyone that needed work doing and will be using them again in the future.

Created a beautiful bathroom for us in what was an open landing space.Excavated driveway for sewerage, all floor and wall plastering and tiling, plumbing and electrics completed to a high standard.All involved were helpful, courteous and professional.Any snagging dealt with promptly.A neighbour had initially recommended Shears for our boiler service.Excellent communication with all members of the team, friendly and helpful staff, service with a smile.Would highly recommend.

We had Shears revamp our bathroom completely, Ben, Dean and Tommy did a fantastic job. They arrived on time on the days they said they would, worked constantly keeping us informed as needed. Highly recommended and will certainly call on them in the future.

Well, what can I say. We stumbled upon Shears PHG by accident. A referral from another trade. And what a happy accident! From day one when Danielle (their star asset!) called us back straight away from our email to completion and even beyond with little tweaks, I cannot fault the service. 5 star all the way.The fitting of the kitchen has superb. Exactly how we wanted it - even better following advice based on their greater experience.The tiling is chef's kiss - many people's favourite feature - and it's perfectly straight and smooth.Throughout the whole process each and every member of the team was polite, helpful and did a fantastic job. We felt so comfortable we left them with the keys to fit the kitchen whilst we were on holiday.Not only would I recommend Shears to anyone, they will now be our go to company for future home improvements.
