Citygate CUPRA Twickenham

I was looking for a formentor. It had to be a specific spec, and also needed to have low miles so a very hard customer for anybody to deal with, but I was placed in exactly what I wanted. It looked brand new being a used car and the sales exec Zaina who dealt with me, was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, was very welcoming with a smile and knew exactly what I was after. I can finally say I drove out of a showroom for the first time as a very happy customer. and most of all appreciated the great customer service skills Zaina had shown. Thanks again

A shoddy and badly organised experience when dropping our VW in for service. The team at the front desk for service didn’t seem to understand common courtesy or what was going on. Will go somewhere else next time.

Outstanding and friendly customer service received yesterday when I was taken on a test drive by the salesman Payam. Such an exceptional young man who clearly loves his role and so knowledgeable. Although the car was not exactly for me at this time I would not hesitate to recommend to book him for a test drive if interested in this range. Payam keep up the good work

The Cupra Born test drive was great. Terrible sales experience once I placed the order right after the test drive. My filled financing form was lost before input into the system and I was not informed for weeks. The sales person gave me a number of false assurances and incorrect information about the handover process. Sales person could not provide any written specifics about the an expensive add-on they had convinced me to purchase when initially placing the order. No details of how the AA roadside assistance coverage works until I went back to the dealership almost a week after handover, after intervention by a manager. Just a poor purchase experience overall. Would not recommend Citygate and will not be using them for any of my after sales service.
