Leighton House - Boutique Guesthouse

Stayed here with my husband for three nights. The service was wonderful, the rooms were surprisingly large, and all the decor throughout the place was gorgeous. It's a short walk to Bath city center, though the walk requires a bit of an odd meander through some alleyways and old stairs. The breakfast menu is limited but wonderful. Highly recommend this place for a romantic getaway!

A wonderful place to stay. The quality was superb, the linens amazing and I loved the little touches everywhere. The breakfast was like the best I've had in incredible brunch restaurants! I was so impressed. My only issue was the room was next to the eating area, so the morning got noisy from 8am. After attending a wedding I had a slightly sore head so would have appreciated slightly less noise! But I guess that's a me issue haha. Overall they've done such a lovely job here and I'd really recommend.

Excellent place to stay, somewhere between a hotel and a Bed & Breakfast. The staff were wonderful and helpful, the rooms a bit small but quite clean and new feeling, the breakfast room was so pretty and the food was very tasty! I love that they have so many breakfast options for you included in the price of your room (hot breakfast options shown in pic). They also have a nice study area with tea/coffee and snacks available all day. They replace the glass water bottles in your room daily as well (sparkling & still), which was really nice. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bath.

My wife and i stayed at Leighton House hotel last weekend. From start to finish our stay was wonderful. The staff at this hotel are a credit to the hotel and could not be more helpful.The room that we stayed in a spacious room was amazing and the views into Bath were brilliant. We had breakfast on both days that we stayed at the hotel and this was an experience in itself. The food was amazing and the restaurant is very clean and well laid out. We could not find any fault at all with this hotel and the attention to detail is very good. The hotel is lovely and i would recommend this to anybody that is looking for a break in Bath, but the hotel is only as good as the staff that work there and they are all excellent. Well done Leighton House and thank you for a great weekend at your establishment.

Stayed here overnight for business and it’s ideally located close to the train station. The rooms are clean and quiet. Stayed in the top room with a great view of Bath. Service was excellent and breakfast wasn’t too bad either. Room was a bargain compared to what I normally pay! Will stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for my birthday weekend. Our room was clean, spacious and quiet. Bed was firm and comfortable. Bathroom was lovely with a walk-in shower. Parking was available, although it can get quite busy. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. Location was good with only a 10-min walk to the town centre. We will come back. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel, gorgeous room with really nice furnishings, but we didn't have the best nights sleep (adjusting to the bed and new pillows rather than anything else). Breakfast was excellent and service was great.

Beautifully spacious and comfortable room 1, wonderful bathroom with delicious scented luxury toiletries. Great to have free parking for a Bath hotel . Location good with a 15 min (ish) walk into city centre; Hotel is on a hilly road though but not too taxing to walk. Whole house beautiful and tastefully decorated. Very friendly welcoming staff, breakfast choices very good. Absolutely faultless stay, first class all the way!
