Always on time , very friendly and caring staff .

I had surgery on my hand at the CAVOC yesterday. My experience from star to finish was exceptional. Receptionists, porters, nurses to the anaesthesia and surgical team were incredibly friendly, caring, comforting and proficient. Thank you for the outstanding job you do. Long live the NHS.

I've got a follow up appointment due to work cant make it! I have been trying to get through on the phone last 2 days to cancel. No answer! I've so annoyed

Had hip arthroscopy here Nov '20.Brilliant care, genuinely fantastic staff and consultant, Mr. Cronin, my second with op with him, and very well managed as previous.Thank you so much all concerned, am rowing and cycling daily, no ill effects

Hurried and distressing.I feel traumatised.

Had R, A.C.L Knee Surgery, can not fault the whole team. Very patient and high quality of health care provided. Mr Angus Robertson is a Gem , quite simply gave me my life back.

Had a total knee replacement done by Mr Marius Calciu last friday & came home yesterday. The care i had from ALL members of staff on Charles Radcliffe ward was fantastic, always happy & smiling, no matter what was put in front of them. I am feeling amazing, with little pain & discomfort. Had a knee replacement in March just before lock down.The staff were caring, professional a d excellent.

Regarding Llandough Trauma and Orthopaedic department who’s opening hours for a Friday are shown as 8:30 to 6pm. On Friday 9th September I tried numerous times for 45 minutes to get through to reception and the outpatient nurse station numbers. Each time the phone rang for about 5 minutes and then cut off. I then phoned the switchboard to ask if there was a problem with the lines. The operator tried both numbers but had the same response. He then said he would check with his manager if there was a problem. He told me there wasn’t problem and they must have just closed up shop early!!! Absolutely gobsmacked. By the way this is the latest in a catalogue of of an appalling experience of treatment regarding my fracture.

Most definitely the worse department ive been to for waiting! Always at least 90 minutes late for appointment
