Tameside Veterinary Clinic, Ashton-Under-Lyne

My ancient Mastiff visited today. Needs xrays to rule out the big C. I am in pieces yet the vet was brilliant as were the reception staff. Diagnostic treatment will wipe out my savings yet love my dogsavings..Today 11 11 22 My gorgeous Dog was put down, I was with her as she breathed her last. Staff were brilliant, professional and compassionate. The care that they took of my dog (and myself in grief) was on another level. Very Very grateful. Thank you people.

Will never recommend yourselves again after ringing up sat pm 22/7/23 for help&advice, instead I was fobbed off with how much it would cost as it's weekend.Luckily the Ashton trust for pets have gone above&beyond, helping out far better than your Waterloo branch, without any judgement & resulted in an operation on my dog this morning in Failsworth. As for the price of my dogs health it was worth every penny spent to keep him safe. You should be ashamed of how your staff dealt with it. You need to stop making profit on people's loved pets

This is an overpriced an money grabbing vets my dog fendi had problems with tooth an he wouldn't open his mouth so therefore the vet couldn't give a diagnosis but they still charged me for looking in the mouth but fendi wouldn't Evan sit still neva mid open his mouth do not use this vets very nasty reception staff horrible attitude when I told them it not 90 as the dog mouth was not open therefore I will pay the consultation price but not paying extra as o have had no clear indication of the vet as fendi wouldn't open his mouth do not use rip off overpriced try gouley vets amazing

Not a lot of use , when contacted to ask for a sedative to give our ex feral cat, so we can get him to the vet. Answer was that we'd have to bring him in first. Doesn't engender confidence.

I'm so glad i changed to Tameside Vets. Alex is great with our rescue dog - he thinks Alex is the Dogs Bllcks. The receptionists are lovely. This is a good vet practice.

Me and my dogs have been coming to this vet for 13 years. My oldest, Ima, who's 13 has always been well looked after. Professional and caring. Nothing unnecessarily carried out, just really good care for my dogs. I would highly recommend. My dogs actually enjoying visiting the vets.

A very good service . Efficient treatment of my cat and excellent aftercare service. Friendly vets who keep you informed. I will use them again and would recommend other people who care for their pets to do the same.
