Auraglow LED Lighting

We purchased a 10w LED Motion Activated light. It was a lovely design - for a floodlight - but it lasted less than four months. Auraglow were responsive, but despite acknowledging that it was a manufacturing fault, said I would have to pay to return the faulty one before receiving a replacement.

I bought 8 LED bulbs in 2017 but most of them didn’t last longer though I had minimal average daily use. The tin says there is 5 year warranty but no response when I raised a case with them!

I purchased a T8 5FT bulb from this company in 2013, it has a 5-year warranty (40,000 hours) and did not last, it stopped working after 4.5 years.I purchased the bulb from Amazon at the time and paid 7.99 for postage, as it happens I was in the area so I collected the bulb but never got the postage back. This was not an issue for me.I contacted the company concerned and they advised me that I was covered and getting a replacement would not be a problem, then the next day they told me I would have to post the faulty one back at my own cost. I questioned this and they said it was policy, I reached out to Amazon and they said they should be paying postage and Amazon even sent them an email asking that they send me a postage paid label to return the bulb ut again they refused.The cost to return this item for a replacement is between £20 to £30 due to the fact it is 157 cm in length, this is more than the cost of buying a new bulb.The warranty is not a genuine one, it would cost more to return it to get a replacement than it would to walk down to TLC-Direct or Screwfix and buy a new one.I would never buy from this company again as the products clearly will not last the full length of the warranty and returning faulty products will cost as much if not more than just going out to buy a new bulb.Caution is urged before any purchase with this company.

Amazing LED bulbs! Made a great addition to my newly renovated living room!Even put one of their LED light strips behind my TV for a modern touch!

Awful service. 2 out of the 6 lights we bought have broken. One in warranty and one out of warranty. No support offered at all. Just told “nothing we can do”.Avoid using at all costs.

Product stops working after about four months similar to another review on here and yet I am supposed to foot the cost of the return and send mine back to then wait for a replacement. Absolutely ridiculous. Rang them on the phone and got a much more sensible response

Was recommended led light bulbs via a friend to replace my current bulbs that i feel like i was replacing every other month!Its been 2 months since i had installed my LED lights and they have not blown, and have not stopped working at any time! Plus they light up the room 10x better then my old bulbs did!

Beware the return to base warranty. Shipping a broken bulb costs more than a bulb.

I bought 3 outdoor lights. It stated on the website that the lights should be fitted by a qualified electrician. My electrician wasn't available until after the 30 day return window. Due to the way these lights need to be wired he wasn't able to fit them on our outside wall. Auraglow were totally unhelpful and would not allow me to exchange them even though the 3 lights are in perfect condition in their original boxes. They are a very awkward fit and don't work with a conduit. I didn't expect a refund. I would not recommend this company if you need to deal with their customer services department.

I purchased 4 of the wirless PIR sensor lights on offer but wished I hadn't. The product would have been so much better if it had a llight sensor that only allowed the unit to work in low light rather than constantly working during the day when not required
