Quick processing and delivery. Unfortunately this is second time my photos have come back extremely dark. I know it's not my doing because any editing is done but a professional photographer. So I am little disappointed with end result and now don't have the time to get it recitified

Uploaded 140 photos of different sizes at 11.00am on Thursday. Received them the next day around 4.00pm. Brilliant quality pics and service! As per usual.Regards, Colin

Before you read my review it is worth noting that I had no prior knowledge on how to prepare documents for printing.After searching Google and Reddit for the best place to print in the UK, I came across Simlab. I did a bit of research on the type of print and paper and stuck with “Giclee Hahnemuhle Photorag.Incredible prices for this type of printing - also compared with other providers.However, the highlight of my experience was the helpful team at Simlab, since I initially submitted a badly formatted photo that would have not printed correctly. I realised that and emailed them. They were very responsive and patient. They stopped the printing process and provided guidance on how to format for printing.Another highlight was today, when I received the print. Goosebumps moment, incredible print. The first of its kind that I see outside of a museum glass frame.Oh, delivery was also great, the print came in a thick carton tube, next day, so that it couldn’t get damaged in transit.Update: I ordered 5 more prints, same specs, various sizes, also incredible quality.If you’re in the market for any prints, look no further, you found it.

Every time I order prints from this company I look at my images on my monitor and hope that the prints come back as good as they look on my screen. I don't know why I sit and hope, because every time, the prints are perfect.I am impressed by the quality of the finished prints, and by the delivery time, next day! But also the way the prints are packaged is so comforting. This company produces prints of extremely high quality and makes sure that they arrive quickly and in the best possible condition.Prices are very competitive too. All in all, the most enjoyable part of photography for me is opening a package from Simlab.Thank you so much for your service.

ordered prints. usually no problem. did a big order and all the borders were a mess. refused to reprint or refund. wont use again. £50 down the drain

Have used simlab.co.uk many times now and have been thoroughly impressed each and every time. I have used them for everything, from personal prints to exhibition prints. They are reasonably priced, easy to use, fast delivery and provide beautiful prints each time.

I have always ordered images from Simlab just because of their excellent quality and fast service. I ordered some images recently and unfortunately they were damaged in transit. Simlab was very quick to issue a reprint and contact the courier about the complaint. Thank you Simlab for your excellent service!

Have been using SIMLAB for all my photo printing needs for about 10 years. The prints are excellent quality and there is a huge selection of sizes and paper types. Non standard sizes can also be printed. Delivery is next day if ordered early. The website is easy to use. My only gripe is that larger prints are quite pricey. When they started out, they were more competitive as we, the customer, we’re responsible for the file prep. We’re still responsible for correctly preparing the files, but the prices are less competitive now.
