Creature Comforts Cattery

my cat has just spent 8 days here. It’s the first time I’ve had to leave my cat at a place like this, and I’ve got to say I’m very happy with the service, and would definitely recommend. The owner, Jen, is a very nice lady who is very knowledgeable about looking after cats. I’m going to use again next year.

This is the 3rd time Pebbles has been on holiday here. Jen is a lovely caring lady who loves and spoils every single cat she cares for. You can go on holiday knowing your little 4 legged friend is loved and cared for. Well done Jen.

This is the first cattery that we have used that one of my cats has come back calm and not moody and sulking.Their fur is soft and one of my cats dry skin has cleared up. Will definitely be using Jen again

This was the first time we'd left our cat at a cattery after a bad experience 10 years ago. Jen was so lovely; sending us photos whilst we were away and letting us know how he was getting on and that he'd got a cool pad to sit on during the hot weather! When we picked him up his coat was gleaming and he was so happy and relaxed. Chatting to Jen it was obvious that she'd really got to know our cat's personality. It was also clear that Jen loves cats and really cares about their well-being. We're so grateful to her for looking after our cat so well while we were away and it's a relief to know that we'll be able to leave him with Jen in the future secure in the knowledge that he'll be happy and well-looked after. I have left my precious Smarties with Jen twice now. She is super focussed on the pets left in her care and she devotes time to them all individually. She is really knowledgeable and reassures you and both times Smarties has been absolutely fine and Jen is contactable whilst you are away and sends you pictures to.This very last time I left Smarties with Jen, I had 2 flight cancellations and Jen was super flexible and was able to keep Smarties for longer. She really gave me peace of mind that he was in good hands.I would thoroughly recommend you to visit the cattery if you need this service.

I've came for a appointment at Great Ormand Street Hospital turned out Ill be staying for 2 weeks There Rules include no cats so I am Lucky's Sister As Lucky's Sister it is my duty to make sure lucky is always in a good environment and around the right people in the right place. I honestly think creature comforts cattery ticks all those boxes and Jen is the definition of a Good Person. Creature Comforts Cattery is a 1 in a million Cat daycare for your furry animal.

Our cat's 1st stay would highly recommend for peace of mind where kitty's are concerned. Knew he was safe and well looked after.

My two cats stayed with Jen for nearly 2.5 months, unexpectedly much longer than initially planned, after moving to the UK and were wonderfully looked after. Jen loves animals and treats those staying with her like individuals and they adored her. Even the anxious one.The enclosure was spacious with a lovely garden view and reasonably priced, and Jen was very accommodating with regular visits and helping out with anything that was needed. But best of all was knowing my cats were in such caring hands during an unsettling time for all of us. The personal attention they got and the warmth in the recaps about what they (and their neighbours) had been up to during visits really drove it home.Even the courier who dropped off the cats from Heathrow described Jen as a lovely lady".Highly
