Abysmal service!!Taking a 14 month old Nissan Leaf that regularly slams the park brakes on while reversing without warning to now binding hard, scraping and locked on so that is now difficult to move without a lot of accelerator applied. The park brake refuses to disengage and siezed in the morning and has to be forced backwards before being able to move forward to release.Fred Coupe had already accepted there was an issue but as they were short staffed and no courtesy vehicle, instead contacted Chorley Group in the hope to have the problem fixed quicker. Was advised to cancel appointment at Fred Coupe and ensure Warranty Claim had not been applied for from Nissan in order that they could process the claim instead.Taking vehicle in Tuesday morning, received call at 2pm claiming they could not replicate the fault, so explained how create it.By 5pm, and hearing nothing and calling for an update knowing they close at 5:30pm- told me there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. With this, went down to meet a technician who sat in car and witnessed the issue.Left vehicle overnight after being assured it would be resolved and again hearing nothing, calling them at 11am Wednesday to be advised nothing had been done and they were not prepared to modify a vehicle". I had never suggested 'modifying' the vehicle

Have been driving for 35 years this is car number 11 for me purchased from a main dealer and the experience at Chorley Nissan Preston was the most relaxed experience ever !! Arrived about 10 minutes early for test drive and Lewis immediately offered refreshments, filled in some paperwork and was in car within 15 minutes !! Had made contact with them via Carwow website and luckily I was travelling from Scotland to Rochdale that week so on way back home made a small detour !! Can't wait to return in a few weeks time to take delivery!!

Lewis was so lovely and I found it great chatting to Tony on carwow.They didn't have the car I wanted, but they found one for me elsewhere.Overall a great experience with the garage.I would say communication could have been slightly better about confirmation of collection but otherwise they were great.

The staff were welcoming, hospitable and genuinely cared about me having the best car for me and my family. Alex was incredibly accommodating and went out of his way (multiple times) to make us feel comfortable and happy with our purchase. Tony managed the shop floor with a calm manner. He approached both myself and his staff with an incredible amount of respect and humour and his personality really shone through. Incredible team. Alex and Tony were not like competing car dealerships we have been to before where you can feel forced into buying something and others just care about the sell…this incredible team cares about the customer and put us first. Thank you!

I have booked Major Service through their website and organised everything including child care and taking time off etc.. finally the day comes and rang them to check if they have Courtesy car as booked, then the agent said they haven’t received my booking and it seems they have a problem with their web booking system and ended up not having a an appointment on the day i have requested. Very unreliable service for the price they are charging.. definitely not going back

Picked up my new juke today , lewis was extremely helpful and even dropped my new car off at my work place as I was pushed for time. Through out the whole process the team have been helpful and kind.I look forward to becoming a returning customer in the future
