As a first time online customer, I was a little wary but I didn't need to worry. The business owner was so helpful when my order was delayed by Royal Mail. I will definitely shop here again.

Excellent Customer Service & Great Product Selection - Wow, what a gem of a company, I came across their website by accident and I am so glad I did, I was looking to purchase some Pro-Arte brushes after a recommendation, they had everything in stock and all my items were despatched the next day. I've just received them now in less than 48 hours, they arrived in perfect condition and were very well packaged and an added bonus was that some of my original postage costs were refunded as the two orders I made fitted into one package, this was done without me asking or any prompting (Thank You), Yet another example of fantastic customer service. I found the local art shop online, I was looking for just one item which wasn’t in stock at Jackson’s art website where I normally purchase from. I was hesitating a little as the website is really basic and not very user friendly but I have to say I’m very impressed!! It was dispatched quickly and arrived on time no problem at all. Very impressed with the Daler Rowney Graduate Oil Easel Set. Excellent beginners kit. Was a better size than I imagined, sizes not given are around 25x33cm if that helps. Service was excellent too, good quality products very reasonably priced, no add ons, free delivery, you get what you order. Will definitely use this site next time I need art materials.
