Went in on the off chance, as I was in positive equity on my current car and was looking at a Jogger. I was greeted by Matt who looked after me and I ended up getting the car I wanted. He was such a pleasant guy, we had a conversation about lorries and I only found out he was a work colleagues son from our Stena Line days, small world.That aside I found Matt to be helpful and went out of his way to cater to my needs, he has been quick to answer emails and has sent me emails communicating the progress of my order.

Was interested in new Dacia Duster so went along and dealt with Matt Jocelyn. He was incredibly helpful and ended up getting the car I wanted at a reasonable price. Since then have had some minor issues with car and Matt has always gone the extra mile in understanding, communicating and quickly resolving them. In short a more pleasant and effective car salesperson you will find hard to beat. He is without doubt a major asset to Hendy.

Excellent service from all the team at Hendy Dacia. Recently purchased a Sandero Stepway for my dad. Matt Jocelyn and Tom are both exceptionally knowledgeable on the brand ,which made choosing the right model simple. The team kept us updated throughout, with regular updates provided over the phone and email. We look forward to returning to your new showroom next year for the vehicles first service.

I picked up my brand new Dacia Sandero Stepway on Saturday 24th June so I have had it nearly a week. So far I can not fault the car. Its very comfortable to drive its got some nice tech in the car. The size car I wanted and the the price was much better for other brand of cars of similar size. I dealt with Matt at the Eastleigh branch who was really friendly, good communication, never felt pushed into buying the car or the products that can come with. Gave me the information I needed know and wanted. So from the 1st time walking into Dacia to driving away in my new car I feel I have definitely made the right decision.

Matthew Jocelyn was exceptionally helpful. We had to wait a long time due to a change in design and no fault of Hendy's. Plenty of polite helpful advise and excellent hospitality and support all the way to getting our vehicle at long last!
