My son loves his drumming lessons with John. John is very patient and thorough. I would highly recommend him as a drum teacher. Great with kids.

Drummin' Time
My daughter absolutely loves her drumming lessons with John. She started one year ago not being able to even follow a tempo and now she is reading music and having fun playing the drums. John is a very friendly and lovely teacher, he has a lot experience and knows how to make everything easy to learn. I’m looking forward for my daughter to continue her musical journey with John as a teacher. Highly recommended.

My son started drumming lessons with John at very young age to his teenage years. And I must say John has done an excellent job ,my son now play the drums on Sunday's at church. Highly Recommended

John has been teaching our 9 year old twins for a few months and they are both loving the experience and making quick progress. It’s immediately clear, sitting in on John’s lessons, what an excellent teacher he is. We are so glad to have found him!

John has started teaching our two young children and they are enjoying it. He’s very attentive and adapts his teaching to suit them. Looking forward to developing their drum skills further with him.

Drummin' Time
Drummin' Time = ExcellentJohn has been teaching my 14 year old son for the past 9 months.As a complete beginner he had not picked up a pair of sticks before last April, now is so so good he could hold his head up high in a band, John has worked magic.Firm but fair, always the right balance of fun and hard work my son loves his lessons and always looks forward to them.I could not recommend John more highly and I can't help feeling how lucky we were to find Drumming Time.

Drummin' Time
My two children absolutely LOVE their drum lessons with John. Neither of my two had any instrument experience but without fail they come out of every session with a big smile. John is so good with them, very patient and breaks down the learning in an easy way adaptable for all levels from beginner to experienced. They’ve picked up a new appreciation for music, they love drumming and you really can not beat picking your child up and seeing your them with a big grin and excitedly chatting about their session.

John is a really great drum teacher - my 6 year old son loves his lessons and John had also instilled in him the need to practise regularly so that he is able to progress to grades. Really impressed with the combination of firmness and fun! Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been learning drums with John for 6 months now (I’m 26 so coming to it late-ish!) John is an excellent teacher - I’ve learnt a few instruments with various teachers over the years and he’s been the best. Great at explaining, great at putting you at ease, and really fun! Couldn’t recommend more if you’re interested in drum lessons
