The service is always brilliant in this Skechers store - they are all dog friendly too and lovely that I can take my little dog with me. The service yesterday was even better than usual if that’s at all possible thanks to Owen Bibb - he was so kind, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was to much trouble - we even ended up buying more than we went in for - thank you to all the staff but especially Owen x

I found this shop not very appealing and for an outlet the prices were not much cheaper than the high street .you are expected to serve yourself and there is very little room to walk about not impressed

Disappointed with the choices on offer in my size. Also there was very little savings compared with buying online. The only advantages is being able to try before you buy.

ONE TO AVOIDI had a disappointing experience at this shoe store. The salesmen were inattentive, more focused on socializing with each other than helping customers. It felt like they cared more about their conversations than assisting customers in finding the right shoes. When asked for a shoe size no help was offered leaving me to rummage myself for the right size. I wouldn't recommend this place for those seeking attentive service.The only real benefit of shopping instore rather than online is the service. Therefore sticking to online

Really good place to buy a reduced price quality Skechers shoe - why I am taking one star off is because you need to search around a bit as many boxed up shoes are not under the displayed pairs and you need to be lucky to have your size in stock.
