Great garage Adrian was brilliant I was quoted 4k just for parts by bmw sytner, Adrian said leave it my bmw with him hel sort it found out the problems in hand gave me a quote, and the price with parts and labour was brilliant could not be happier, drives brilliantly I have finally found a trust worthy mechanic who also does a great job, car drives brilliant and ansa will now be my go to garage, great staff also very happy

I went to Ansa without any appointment for an urgent repair of a fuel leak on a long journey.Aiden and team pulled out all the stops to get the job done quickly.Highly professional, friendly and very easy to deal with, kept me fully informed and the price was excellent.Ansa should be your first and only choice of garage in Leicester, they are really setting the standard.

I was using this garage for 8 years now, expecting to have my car properly serviced and specifically asking to look at everything as I don’t want to end up calling AA in the middle of nowhere and I am happy to pay. Still, I was advised every time car is fine, only ending up falling MOT a month later because deterioration of brake system and many parts that can be easily spotted on service. Even MOT technician was shocked how it wasn’t spotted on the service. Car is 12 years old and it was serviced there for 8 years, nowhere else. I would expect to have a better service than just oil and filter change even after saying every time to check properly.

I had my car booked in with this garage took it there through warranty and was told they will sort it out. Anyway 2 hrs later I got a phone call from the garage saying they picked up some fault codes and were not equipped to deal with the problem. 30 years experience and said we can sort any problem out on any car. Jokers. Charged me for diagnostic check and still in the same position DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS INCOMPETENT GARAGE THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.
