I’ve been going here for over 6 years for help with DIY, Ash is always extremely helpful and helps me ( a women ) with some big DIY projects, no question is too silly, always has a smile on his face; reasonable priced - today I went with an idea, the product didn’t exist so he fabricated me it there in the shop! Five stars because the guy behind the counter is brilliant friendly always smiling , very helpful . If he not got it he will get it for you or send you in the right direction . When leaving here I remembered my time there just because how nice this guy was .

I recently visited DIY Shop in search of a specific silicone. Unfortunately, my experience at the shop was quite disappointing. Despite being assured by the owner that the item would be back in stock within two days, I faced repeated disappointments during my subsequent visits.I was informed that the pack of silicone was out of stock but would be restocked shortly. Trusting the owner's assurance, I decided to give it some time and returned in two days. To my dismay, I discovered that the owner had forgotten to order the item, and it remained unavailable.As a customer, I understand that stock availability can be challenging at times. However, it was disheartening to repeatedly visit the shop and find out that the necessary steps were not taken to fulfill the promise made by the owner. This lack of organization and communication led to a considerable inconvenience for me as a customer.

Excellent experience. Had a burst outside water tap pipe, was fitted up with pipe, fittings and everything that was needed. Very good value. Will use again.

Ash is the man, never fails to let you down. Excellent knowledge and the shop is like walking into Aladins cave. Has everything you need.
