Very welcoming, amazing hospitality (great coffee and baked goods), all staff have the most uplifting positive energy and love the dogs. Our Tora is so happy to go there - she actually pulls us to the door when we are in the area, and is so disappointed when they’re closed! I have no doubt she’d leave a 5 star rating so I’m doing it on her behalf.

Oh my God, what an absolutely wonderful place to go with your dog. I felt immediately right at home. The staff are extremely friendly, and dogs are made to feel like total royalty. There’s a cosy cafe area in the main entrance, and downstairs, a doggie boutique and salon. I took my Pekingese who was hugely fussed over - which made he and I feel very special. My friend and I had coffee and within moments of arriving, we felt we belonged. Cafe are very good, especially for London W1. I have no experience of their grooming service though, and I’m unaware of the costs involved. We will return again. It’s a great little place to meet up, and have a coffee/tea with a friend, say, after work. Truly, I can’t praise this place enough. Well done ladies.

Our little one absolutely LOVES going to the doggy daycare! The staff are so wonderful and so playful with all the doggies! Every morning when we go to drop him off he leaps into their arms with pure joy!!!!! And the videos / photos throughout the day are the BEST!!! We love Mr and Mrs. Small so much ❤️

Panni (not sure if I spelled correctly) was so kind and knowledgeable. We’ve been to different groomers in the UK and outside. Most felt rushed and kind of there for money. But not Mr and Mrs Small. As soon as we entered, Panni greeted us and made sure our super anxious boy felt comfortable. She took time to explain us what is best for him and how to deal with his anxiety without causing him further stress. She also recommended grooming his legs with scissors instead of using a machine, to avoid causing him further stress, and gave us realistic expectations of the end result.We’re definitely staying and trusting Mr and Mrs Small to groom our boy from now on. You can just see from the picture how absolutely amazing and adorable his haircut is. Oh and not to forget they have the best coffee I’ve ever tried in my life, almost addictive!
