Ralph Allard Chimney Sweep
Ralph came to sweep the chimney and recommended I burn two chimney cleaning logs before he returned to sweep the chimney. I booked another appointment, which he cancelled at the last minute. It has since been impossible to get in touch with Ralph. Very time consuming and a waste of time.

I called and left a message they called back booked and booked us in to have 2 log burners swept, the whole process was very easy.Ralph is such a lovely person and incredibly knowledgeable. he made some recommendations for one of our log burner’s. he was on time and very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend him.

Had my Chimney swept today.The service was thorough and delivered in a good time. I was also given helpful information on what I can do to improve my chimney ventilation and what I can get to keep the chimney safe from weather erosion in the long term.5 star and would recommend!

We used to have Ralph every year for some time ! He was always reliable perhaps hard to get hold of . Then one day I get a text saying ‘ Gobby Kev ‘ After I sent him a text for a booking. I asked him what that was all about and he said it was his daughter that sent it which I said to him don’t worry about it ! Since then he dosent answer any messages about a visit , IE Text , Phone calls ! I find that rude and if you read this Ralph that’s something I don’t like. So Iv talked to a number of his past clients and they also have had a problem with him. We’ve changed now to a different chimney sweep.
