My daughter absolutely loved her 2 years at Little Gems!! She enjoyed her time with all the other children, and she was such a picky eater before joining this nursery, but with patience Ms Lade helped expand her diet and she now eats different food.I would recommend this nursery to anyone who will listen!

PARENTS BEWAREIf your child is leaving Little Gems nursery before the term ends, please DO NOT sign the 30 hours free childcare with the nursery. Ms Lade will refuse to transfer funds to the new nursery without giving you a sufficient or reasonable reason. My son left the nursery today after I gave 1 month notice and Ms Lade has decided to keep all of the funds (total of £800+ per month) for the period of October - December as punishment for me taking my son out of the nursery. She will not transfer the funds to his new nursery. The funds she is keeping is for my son's continuing nursery care which she will not be giving. So what exactly is she keeping the money for? She lacks integrity and I strongly suggest that you follow up all conversations with her in writing. She will lie about what conversations or agreements you made verbally.Please do not rely on her to explain the funding process, the implications of any subsequent termination and potential transfer to a new nursery. To be clear the local authority advised that Ms Lade should have removed my son from her headcount, and she would not have received the funding.

LittleGems ticks all the boxes when we were looking for a childcare provider. They're very professional and as well as accommodating and truly looks after the children in their care. Keep up the good work.

My daughter has been going to Little Gems Nursery just over a year now and she loves it! Me and hubby feel over blessed that we have found an amazing place where my daughter loves and is thriving! Ms Lade and her team are always going the extra mile; there care and the attention that they have for my daughter and the other children has been wonderful. I couldn't recommend this nursery more highly!

My son absolutely loves it here . We have also seen much improvement in his development. It feels more like a home than the standard nursery. A very welcoming, nurturing and clean environment.

Both my children received 30hours funding whilst at littleGems. I found them very professional and accommodating, even when the government delayed in setting up the payments, they still accepted my children because their first priority is the care of the child.Parents do need to take the time to understand the government funding because there are rules that govern how it can be used. LittleGems are very supportive in helping parents to understand the rules as these rules apply to the nursery and parents alike. I love littleGems and their ofsted report supports this.

I’ve been very impressed by support Little gems have offered over the past 8 months. Me and my wife have a daughter of 22 months and we’ve received nothing but care and dedication from the staff at LG!

LITTLE GEMS IS THE BEST!!!!Both of my children attended Little Gems and their experiences were fantastic!As the setting is in Ms Lades family home in creates an intimacy which I loved. Everyone knew everyone, including staff, children, and even her own family!The kids absolutely LOVED their time there and I truly believe that they have made some life long friends.The setting is so clean, I always joked that you could eat off of the floor and this was the case BEFORE Covid. So you can onky imagine the hygiene standarda post Covid!!!The staff are lovely. Ms Lade catered for my kids dietary requirements with no issue (no pork and no cows milk). It is also a multicultural nursery which is something that was very important to me!The kids were ALWAYS going on some sort of educational trip or going to the park, which was great developmentally for them. I always say that my sons extensive vocabulary is purely down to Little Gems!Since my kids have graduated from Little Gems, I've referred a number of people over to Ms Lade. This is because their children will be not only looked after, but truly loved by the staff. They will be educated and taught about new things, but also you as the parent will always be supported through milestones and learning curves regarding your children!If you want childcare in Dartford, Little Gems is the place to go!!!!!

My son attended LittleGems for a few years and I have to say that the level of care was absolutely fantastic. His confidence grew whilst he was at the setting, he started to eat a variety of foods that he didn't previously and he just blossomed. The staff were always friendly and you could tell from interactions with the kids that they absolutely love what they do. I would highly recommend LittleGems and have already done so to a few friends. You wouldn't be disappointed.
