I purchased a Mercury outboard from Walker seven years ago. Since then they have serviced it every year for me. They have been unfailingly efficient, reliable, helpful and friendly. They have given advice on types of fuel, how to look after it during the winter, the reasons for fitting the (very few) replacement parts required, and many other questions put to them by one who was, at the beginning, a complete boating novice. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If there were more than five stars available, they would get all of them from me! Thank you, James and co.

These boys know there stuff. Very helpful. Purchased a new outboard. And does exactly as I wanted. The Guys really helped me make the right choice. If you have outbord quires then call these guys first... I'm my eyes the only place to go on the Thames for outboard services.

Two year's ago I dropped off my Honda outboard for a standard service and repair to the leg.I phoned James 3 times in that period asking how it was going. Always told having problems with" this or that. He never returned my calls. Eventually I decided to go and pick it up.On arriving I was told the bill was £1800 ( more than the outboard is worth) with negation I agreed to pay £1300 for the engine which was not finished just to remove it from that place.And they had snapped off a engine mount. "Which I will need to have repaired" I was told by James "it just fell off". No apology from James."
