A very positive experience! Eventually, after much deliberation, I traded in my Triumph for a Royal Enfield. Throughout the process I dealt with Chris, Andrew and at handover, Aaron; all were excellent... friendly and helpful without 'pushing'. Very happy with my 'new' bike and the whole experience. A big thank you to the guys. Dealership thoroughly recommended.

Really good experience at potteries motorcycles. Aaron was a real gentleman, no pushy sales talk. Really easy to talk to and so helpful. Its how a bike shop should be run. There's a few bike shops out there that could learn a lesson in customer service from these guys

After moving from the south I needed a bike to get me around. Aron was the gentleman who helped answer all our questions, he has fantastic when explaining all financial paperwork and left no stone unturned. Appreciate your help mate.

Bought my first bike in 4 years after suffering an accident and wanted to get back on 2 wheels with something easy to ride after setting my sights on a Royal Enfield HNTR 350 I paid The Potteries a visit, staff were very helpful and Aaron took my deposit for a Dapper Grey I left happy. Unfortunately a couple of days later I was informed that my colour choice was unavailable and it could be up to 6 months before I could get my choice. So I decided on a Rebel Blue and that was the last one in the country! Aaron pulled out all the stops on securing that last bike! Even pushing it through the workshop so I could get it as soon as possible! Great service all round! Thanks again.

Update from my review 12 months ago. Took my bike for a service and while there considered swapping my bike for an Interceptor. Approached a gentleman who said there was only one salesman available but he was going into a sales meeting. Not a problem I thought, I'll try later. A few hours later, went to pick up my bike. Managed to speak to the salesman, showed my interest in the Interceptor and he took my details. He then said we will go and look at my bike but while walking towards it, he said he had to see his boss. That is the last I saw of him. Waited around- no sign, so I left. A few hours later he phoned, apologised and said it got busy! Then offered a very low part exchange for my bike without even seeing it. Stunning. Can't believe he had the audacity to feel it appropriate to leave a customer who was wanting to do business and then offer a joke of a price. My advice is find another dealer as customer service from the sales team is awful. They must be raking it in to treat customers so poorly. It's a pity as the service team are salt of the earth guys who genuinely care. Really can't recommend them anymore. Ended up at Jones and Alcock in Stafford. What a contrast. Freely available to test ride pretty much what I wanted and got such a good deal, walked away with a new Super Meteor. Sorry Potteries, you should take a leaf out of their book. By the way, there was no explanation given, only 'it had got busy' many hours later and the salesman literally walked off when he said we were going to appraise my bike.
