Disgrace of a company. My insurance broker suggested I spoke to them following a no fault accident. No loan car for nearly a week and when one did turn up it wasn't suitable and took a further two weeks for a suitable vehicle to arrive. Would not recommend to anyone.

Having had an accident that wasn’t my fault, my broker passed all details to United Legal. Tom Williams handled my case and it was plain sailing from start to finish! Tom made me feel (as a sole woman driver) that I had no need to worry. He was true to his word, car repaired and returned in two weeks! Wonderful service!

I do not normally do reviews but feel i need to give praise. I had an accident and my insurer didn't seem to want to help me. United Legal sorted me out a review replacement vehicle and got my repairs done. Really happy!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. LIARS AND CON ARTISTS. Called a number online who we thought was Tesco insurance got lied to and told they are Tesco car insurance brokers. Who then took all claim details 2 weeks later nothing done car lost no payout. Tesco did not know about the claim at all. Luckily the car had not got crushed otherwise I would have lost everything all this company could say is sorry no call backs from managers. Liars and thieves took on our claim under false pretences. They have fake adverts online so when you search for a company insurance you think you are calling your own broker but get a company like this who do not tell you any different. STAY AWAY. We nearly lost our car and would not have got paid out from anyone. I will be following this up with fca or mib and logging formal complaints.

Last month, I was hit from the back but as I have Free Legal Cover, they diverted to me to United Legal Assistance, who handled the claim efficiently and managed to get the full damage cost to my car refunded in full with 4-5 weeks. Excellent and professional service.

In November I was hit from behind by a van. As it was a non-fault claim I didn't want to claim on my own insurance so I appointed United Legal to manage the claim for me. They handled my claim seamlessly, communicated with me at every step of the way, organised the repairs to my vehicle and ensured I had a replacement vehicle while the repairs were being carried out! I'd highly recommend their services. Thanks guys!
