Daughter of resident I cant fault Norlands from the moment i took my mother in Margerate & Tracey both made me feel at ease even tho i was really anxious unfortunately it wasnt working out for her with her still being extremely mobile for an 80 year old I would like to thank you all your care was amazing even though it was a short stay keep up your good work thanks again from The Hallworth Family x
