Laptop made a popping sound on friday and wouldnt turn back on, spoke to Lee about it and he asked if I could drop it round same day so he could have a look at it, dropped it off and he went through the process of what it may be, around 3-4 hours later he rang me to say he had fixed it, fantastic price too, picked up same day, if I had gone to one of the big retailers I doubt they would have looked at it within the next 5 days, 10/10 will use again, just hope I dont have too!

Called Lee due to a problem with my laptop screen, dropped off and promptly diagnosed that he needed to replace the screen, new screen ordered, fixed and all sorted and back to me within a speedy time frame. Would recommend Lee Great service!

I contacted Lee last Monday to help me reset my laptop. I wanted to reset it so my son could use it, he is recovering from an operation after having 4 teeth removed. Lee was great! He had it reset withing a few hours and I was able to pick it up from him the same day. Lee was very professional and very helpful.

Problem with laptop slowness and Wordissues. Lee dealt with these very professionally and explained the problems/ solutions clearly in layman's terms. All sorted within 24 hours for a very reasonable fee. Lovely chap. Would highly recommend to anyone who knows bobbins about IT and needs a quick, professional fix!!

I am disabled at the moment waiting for an operation, so when my computer screen broke I panicked till I came across Mobile PC Doctor.Lee is a godsend as being housebound I rely on my pc a lot he came promptly and diagnosed the problem, the repair was quick and price very reasonable. He is very polite and professional and will use and recommend his services again if I need to.

I had an issue with the battery on my laptop so contacted Lee. I took the laptop to him the same day and he had resolved the issue within 24 hours ready for me to pick up again.The issue was a simple fix and he explained it to me clearly but also gave me advice on how to make my laptop run better. The price was very reasonable.He is clearly very knowledgeable about all things tech so I would recommend for any computer issue.

After numerous attempts to start-up my desktop computer and failed - it just would not boot up. I decide to give Lee a call at Mobile PC Doctor. Within 24 hours he had sorted out my computer, which apparently had corrupt files stopping it loading up. The computer is now working brilliantly and as fast as it was when new.Can't thank Lee enough for his quick response, expert knowledge and professionalism.I highly recommend giving him a call with any IT problems.
