Lovely stuff a little pricey but unusual pieces so worth it. Smells beautiful in the shop everytime and feels a like a high end purchase. Attention to the packaging and carrier bags all the little things make a difference. Definitely worth a visit when in the area.

My husband purchased shoes for me as a birthday surprise. He asked the lady in the shop for a size 6. The assistant said due to the shoes being Spanish she thought that would be a 40. She telephoned the owner who said no a 39. I couldn’t get the shoes on, and when I googled the size. Spanish shoes are size 6 /40. I emailed the shop and received an immediate reply asking me to confirm the size I wanted and the other shop and warehouse would be checked. I replied, but then received no reply. Yesterday we drove back to knutsford, a two hour round drive, but unfortunately no size 40 was available. Debbie in the shop was so sympathetic, and asked would we like a refund. We agreed as nothing else we wanted. She then contacted the owner of the business who said she couldn’t give me a refund. I spoke to her on the telephone, explained the situation, that it was their mistake, and was still told I wouldn’t get a refund. She said she would contact the supplier on Tuesday and see if they had the 40, but doubted it as summer stock. I said it would then mean another trip to knutsford, and was just very inconvenient. No empathy to the situation whatsoever. Sorry about the long story but just a warning to please be careful, as the customer service from the owner is non existent, if it involves a complaint. If the shoes had been snug, then I would have understood just a small fitting, but I couldn’t even get them on. So obvious to me that they were a 5. I ended up spending £120 on jewellery that I didn’t particularly want, rather than take the chance of having to return to knutsford again, only to be in the same situation. I would also like to point out again, that Debbie, the lady in the knutsford shop couldn’t have been more helpful. It’s just a shame that her employer didn’t show the same great customer service.IN REPLY ……. Again, you are totally missing the point. The shoes didn’t fit because they are a size 5. So it was your fault, when my husband asked for a 6. I was told by you that it was doubtful they would have a 40, as the shoes were summer stock. I didn’t want to have to make another two hour round trip to use the credit note. I would suggest you google Spanish shoes sizes. You made it very clear that regardless of the outcome I would not receive a refund.

Visited today and bought few lovely items . Dawn was a pleasure to talk too will definitely be back on next visit to Knutsford .
