I’ll be honest at first I was dubious to use Melissa instead of a chain estate agent, but we were recommended her, Melissa went above and beyond in the process of selling our house, she always kept us up to date with progress and chased things that needed chasing even when it wasn’t her job! We sold our house for full asking price quickly, I’d recommend Melissa to anyone that wants a professional service, she gets the job done, she’s friendly and very professional!

Hard sale with buyers solicitor. Melissa Ford held her cool, Melissa gave first time buyers very very good advise, that spurred the sale to progress, that buyers solicitors failed to advise about deposit money. When Melissa found something out, she relayed to me straight away.We had regular discussions concerning how up to the sale offer of the property was doing generally, in a very volatile slow market, but 20 weeks from inception to exchange is good, the sale crossed the line. Overall good work given by Melissa Ford Properties, am happy totally with outcome.
