Probably the best place for speed of service. You usually done have to wait more than 5 minutes for your shisha to arrive, and often it's there as you're about to sit down on the sofa. Sometimes the music gets too loud so not ideal if you're catching up with old friends as most people do in a shisha lounge. But i can't fault the shisha, it's always on point and in the rare occasion that it isn't, they always make me a new one.

Loved it. Legit I love the customer service and even though I live in Keighley and left my phone in the taxi, they sorted it out for me. Excellent choice in shisha flavours and love the staff

Consistently good shisha - great service the shisha is at your seat just as you arrive - only thing lets it down is if its busy can get a bit smoky needs better ventilaton

Really nice place, big, plenty of space, lovely atmosphere and the flavoured smoke is lovely. :-) just like vaping. Hope to go back soon. :-)

The shisha is good 1/2 of the time from my experience. The sofa is cosy and is a nice atmosphere. Plenty of parking.

The atmosphere in this place is similar to being a nightclub. You can’t chill here without shouting across and the music is way too loud! No idea why there is a prayer room here. Your praying and you can hear Bhangra constantly.

alienates potentially good customers by harassing them over orders, citing that fact that most of their clientelle are tramps that don't buy anything! [is this even true lol]. further harassement ensues if you try to go toilet or look for the contemplation room. if they weren't illiterate village dwellers, perhaps they could ask more politely by saying can i help you, not where ya goeeee" like they're doormen. if any of them changed their aggression into physical
