The staff in the store in Reading were very helpful when I was there twice this week.I would definitely recommend this store . Staff there are a credit to the store

They are very polite and still very welcoming in very busy days/sales.Outstanding Interpersonal skills,Always helping to find the best cloths suits me.I always get comments on my cloths.I am very pleased with their attitude and customer service.

My experience at Hobbs Reading was outstanding. The staff were polite, patient and helpful throughout my visit. I felt truly at ease while shopping in the store.

I don’t really do reviews but after reading the reviews I had to say something because staff at Hobbs do not deserve the bad reviews they are getting.I am not English and my English is not very good, and each time I go to Hobbs I have been treated so well.. They are patient and understanding, I feel welcome and I go there quite often just because how I am treated by the staff members.I went there this week and Elsa was very helpful and the staff was all so friendly … They all tried to help me finding what I needed for work.All Hobbs stores should have staff members like reading. Every customer that enters the store is greeted with a friendly welcome and a smile.

Went to the Reading store last week to find my dress for my sisters wedding. Faryad and Sahar made it a very special event for me, bringing me some lovely dresses, shoes and coverups. It made me really feel special. I will be taking my mom for her mother of bride dress next week :)

Wow! What Amazing Customer Care & Service!! ⭐⭐⭐Three Stars for Aisha, Devika & Sahar. Just when I'd given up all hope of finding a special outfit for our Son's up-coming Wedding. This Store and these lovely ladies went above and beyond to assist me with choosing the right style & colour choices. Despite being a busy Saturday between them they all managed to continue to ensure my needs were taken care of. Whilst managing to help other customers at the same time. They were friendly, polite, professional and such lovely ladies. My husband and I felt so welcome during our visit, so much so we bought the ladies some flowers to say: Thank you! They are a great team, and work well together. And are a credit to the Hobbs Company name. Look forward to seeing you all, again soon.Diane & Colin x x x
