Lovely staff, so welcoming and I know our dog is in good hands with them. We got an appointment at short notice & it was on time, no waiting around. The reception staff was so nice and our pup Zeus was very happy with his treat! The vet gave some great advice and made us feel at ease. Thank you for helping our fur baby

Kelsey always makes us so welcome! I got the appointment I wanted and everything went smoothly. Such a shame not to be able to come in with our pets, but you are doing your best in difficult circumstances.

Ivan the vet was really friendly and helpful and I felt my rabbits had the best care. As this is the first local vet I've used since moving home, I'm happy to say it'll be my regular practise now.

I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at Kynoch Vets, in particular at Harmans Water. After bringing in our puppy who had ate a bungee cord the staff were professional, calming and attentive. They were by our dogs side the whole time and kept us up to date. There’s no other vets I would go to than here anyway, but after this experience it has affirmed my views. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

I needed an appointment at short notice when my dog had injured herself. The receptionist was very helpful. The Vet was caring and gentle with my dog who has additional needs.

My gerbil is a new mum, and when she couldn't open one of her eyes, I was able to get a next-day appointment at Kynoch Vets. I had a few questions about making the appointment, and the surgery phoned me back later that day with all the answers. The vet who saw Casper was really sweet and gentle with her. She was obviously very confident at dealing with small animals and wanted to make the experience as quick and stress-free as possible for Casper, and she settled down really quickly after I got her home. The whole experience left me feeling reassured and happy.

All the members of staff were very welcoming and helpful. My appointment began promptly and made me feel very comfortable. They were happy to provide me with answers to my questions as well as relevant information I hadn’t even known to ask.

My experience isn't a great one on a personal level, as we had to make the very tough decision of whether to put our dog to sleep. BUT the staff at Kynoch couldn't have been more supportive. They were on the phone, reassuring me, if I spoke to someone different, they still knew who I was and why I was calling which saved me the pain of having to describe my dog 'Sonny-Jim's' symptoms. Chris (vet) was so gentle and kind with my dog, he was understanding, reassuring of my dog's care and generally outstanding at such a difficult time as were each and every one of the receptionists.Thank you for making the worst experience / decision we've had to make in my life to date supportive, understood and dealt with professionalism, kindness and empathy....
