If you are thinking about saving the hassle of fitting blinds yourself and leaving it to the professionals

Would strongly advised avoiding this company.We chose Blindz as they did a leaflet drop in my area with a discount code - so they worked out cheaper than online competitor and we wanted to support a local business.The measuring process was smooth and the blinds were fitted a few weeks later.However, once they were fitted I realised they had fitted 4 untaped blinds when we paid for 2 bof the blinds to be taped.With no exaggeration, I had to wait the best part of 2 months, several emails and at least 20 phone calls before we got anywhere. To make life easier for everyone, we agreed to just receiving a refund for the additional cost of the taped blinds rather than ordering & fitting 2 new ones.The customer service was absolutely appalling. Not once did someone apologise, one person told me 'calm down' after I outlined the multiple times I had already called and emailed asking for my refund. I was promised call backs several times and it never happened. In the end I had to threaten legal action before we eventually got our refund.It's seriously not worth saving a few extra pounds for the amount of frustration and faff Blindz caused.

Really pleased with all the blinds fitted. Fitter was very friendly on time and efficient. They are so bright and fresh and fit perfectly. Really happy and have had both rollers and verticals from the same company as it’s so good. Highly recommend

My husband and I visited the Ashton shop and were impressed by the staff who facilitated our selection of Roman blinds in a friendly and efficient manner. We paid the 50% deposit and were assured the fitter would arrive a few weeks later to carry out the 'made to measure' work. This was carried out but was followed by a further eleven week wait for the blinds to be fitted (they had lost the original shipment). The blinds were eventually fitted and the balance owing had been paid earlier. Unfortunately it is difficult to raise or lower the blinds because the cord fitting is too short, and is too tight to the wall. Bearing in mind we parted with almost £500 we asked for more slack to be fitted, but were told that the length is a standard length.... for bespoke 'made to measure'? They have made no further contact about this. While I am impressed with the sales team and the fitter their after sales service is terrible and dismissive. I cannot recommend this company for blinds fitting.

Best Blinds, Within 2 weeks they have installed. Good quality and more variation to select in the showroom. Easily reachable. Louise was really helpful and sorted the installation booking.

Martin and Lewis have been very professional. They called me prior to coming to my house to inform they were on their way and how long they may take to arrive. This gave me opportunity to prepare and be ready for when they arrive. They both have been polite, warm and pleasant on interaction. They fitted the blinds well as expected and l’m pleased to know that it’s 12 months guarantee on all the blinds. I would definitely recommend other people to order from blindz.

Our thanks also to the fitter (we think he was called Mark) who did an excellent job and also rang to let us know he was on his way on the day pre-arranged with the office. Would highly recommend.

I'd been needing my blinds sorting for a long time but wasn't sure who to use. I got a leaflet through the door for Blindz and gave them a call. The customer service was great, my free quote was arranged and the fitter called before arrival. He was professional and easy to deal with and there was no pressure on me to order nor was i pushed towards anything really expensive.I went ahead with an order. I got advised it would be up to 2 weeks before the blinds were made and could be fitted but told i'd receive a call to update before anyone turns up. I received a call within good time, the fitter was booked in to complete the job. Damien was assigned to fitting my blinds. He arrived on time, called me with 20 minutes notice to allow me to get home from work and he was very professional and friendly. He did a great job and would highly recommend Blindz to anyone.
