Chester surgery one thing is doctor and staff r brilliant polite and they listen to me and its the best thing we ever done is change from springwell surgery

Poor advice and care from gp. Nurse and reception team try to be very helpful.

Very unprofessional doctor in there they should get closed down not professional at all waste of time

Can never ever get through for an regency appt, allways engaged, they must only use 1 phone line and one call handler, A nightmare to speak to someone

Absoutely useless does nothing for no one thinks he knows everything he was the main reason i had taking a overdose would not reccomed at all if your wanting to better urself al he does is make you worse offWhere as the nurse is brilliant couldnt fault her in no way shape or form

Every member of the team here works hard to provide the best care they can. Recently one member of staff called me up to arrange a follow up appointment and upon learning of difficulties I was having getting to the surgery to put in my repeat helped me arrange a couple of ways I can order my medicine that suits me. They go the extra mile.

Went in there today and Jessica on the reception was absolutely lovely, reassuring and very helpful. Dr El-safy spoke to me briefly. Both engaging interested and helpful. I've registered with them and I'm pleased about it. I can't fault them. The picture for Google maps doesn't come anywhere near doing justice to the building. I will take a photo at the earliest opportunity and update it. Show the truth about the place. They are proactive cheerful and helpful. The Nurse who came out of a door next to the reception was pleasant on passing. All of which is reassuring they are all interested and patient centered. Which is great isn't it. If you're looking for a decent Doctor's in Sunderland get yourself in and register. Why not?

Very amiable receptionist. Was super helpful and very patient with me. Went in around 2pm though so I'd didn't meet a crowd.
