Having recently placed an order with Bytomic for a new bow staff for my sons 13 birthday present was disappointed when in got misplaced by the delivery company. i contacted Bytomic to try and rectify the situation and was extremely impressed by how they did everything they could to get a replacement to me in time.IT arrived within 19 hours of contacting themthank you Bytonic will be a pleasure to do business with you in the future.

The service and the quality of the everything I have ever had from Bytomic is nothing short of first class. I do not normally leave reviews but genuinely I am so pleased I just had to! Thanks Team Bytomic immense as ever!

Historically Bytomic have been very good, however since website redesign (and imagine new system back office) it was been very clunky. The site is insanely slow, when you log on to trade account it then drops you back on home screen so you need to click trade account again. When using search field at the top even if you get it word for word correct it pulls through pages of items most of which aren't relevant. When calling they are unable to find your account unless you have the account number, the poor chap on other end (very friendly) tried company name, postcode and address and none worked! Products are still good quality and good price but for a supposed improvement they have made it significantly more awkward to deal with them. The old site was basic and did need a re-vamp but it was logical and features such as search actually worked!

In 2020 our small martial arts club bought a large batch of 40mm jigsaw mats from Bytomic. This year (2022) we ordered some more to extend our mat area. One of the mats was damaged inside the box. The replacement mat they sent was also damaged. We then found that the new mats were 2mm thicker than the ones we'd bought in 2020 and didn't interlock with them. We sent the company photographs to illustrate the problem. The company said we were wrong and that the product was exactly the same as before. We have therefore returned the new mats and closed our long-standing Trade Account with Bytomic.
