We have had our cat and our dog at this vet for a few years. The vet is very friendly and helpful, and our animals have been cared for well. But I've reduced my star rating as we've had issues with the administrative side. Chasing for payments that were supposedly being dealt with by them and the insurance Co. I ended up being the messenger between them and the insurance Co as it didn't appear they communicated to each other and being made to feel like it was my fault. Was hard to get hold of them and the required info. The whole thing was messy and unclear and was so stressful we've decided we'll be moving elsewhere.

I've been a customer of Church House Vets for around 12 years......fantastic team in a really lovely setting. They have been with us through the good times and bad.....but most importantly they are there for the animals, we have been given really good advice that has kept the prices reasonable whilst at the same time made sure that our animals are cared for in the best way possible.I wouldn't recommend anywhere else as highly as Church House.

Charged my friends a ridiculous amount of money for tablets etc for their dog that they didn't even receive or get told about. They didn't even check out their dog properly and told them to get him put down without any proper observation , scans or being looked at at all. Absolute joke.

Church House Vets fitted us in with an appointment, the same day our cat became sick. The vet was very knowledgeable & reassuring. Our cat was soon better, after an anti nausea injection. I would recommend this practice, they have always been good for routine checks & were so accommodating when we needed an emergency appointment.

recommended to us after a terrible experience at another vets( one of those chains.) and we are so pleased it was. Alistair is amazing as are his team. kind, caring and they try to keep the costs down. our very much loved dog started having seizures recently and they helped us day and night. he is doing well and we feel lucky to have them at the end of the phone. just brilliant. thank you so much, your all awesome.

This is the most amazing veterinary centre. I've brought all my cats here, and trust Alisdair Tebbutt completely. Staff are amazing. They've been treating my cat who had intestinal lymphoma for five years now. They always take such good care of him.
