I was very happy that Chipotle finally opened at Canary Wharf. When we are visiting family in the US we always eat at Chipotle so I had certain expectations. Unfortunately the portions are definitely not US sized but the quality is good. I had to eat two portions to be satisfied. The staff pretty unexperienced, serving time is rather long so the queue builds up quite fast. There are plenty of seats but when we were there all tables were dirty, rice, food pieces on the floor everywhere.Pros:- quality of food- location- seating options- beverage selectionCons:- portion size- price- unexperienced staff- lack of cleaningOverall: 3 out of 5 stars

AVOID at lunchtime, not only is the cue insane but the worst part is that the portion size is ridiculous at this time.Worst place to go to at lunchtime, there's far better places in Canary Wharf who are more generous.

I love chipotle and I live around here but this one gives THE SMALLEST portion sizes. I try and ask for more as they give me half a scoop of rice and they give an attitude and add a tiny bit more like it's a favour. My bowls are always less than half full.

Very Tasty.Portions are NOT small!I understand efficiency is key, but while I was trying to choose my ingredients for my burrito, the team was in such hurry that they made you feel awkward to say all the ingredients you wanted.Not an ideal experience.

If you want to get a burrito smaller than your hand that looks like someone has half eaten it already, as well as white tomato soup instead of rice & pork instead of chicken then feel free to order….

When it just opened burritos were really nice. I always get the same thing chicken burrito bowl. I mean last 4 or 5 times that I went there it decreased in size by half and to add to that you get huge amount of lumpy rice and than tinny bit of everything else...even beans u barely get a small spoon. I pay extra for guacamole but the amount I get is tinny. So for over £10 it's definitely not worth it. Shame as I do enjoy the flavours.

Good food, ordering is clear on the walls but he staff were not really interested in following the steps, however it tastes good. Ingredients were quite wet which made the wraps super soggy and drip everywhere.

TLDR; mediocre food at an expensive price. Wahaca or Tortilla, which are near by, are much better alternatives.This is my first visit to a Chipotle in the UK and it’s a weird experience. First of all, the food was very subpar. I had the steak bowl burrito and everything was surprisingly bland. The salsa, for example, was spicy but had no flavour.The food is also priced above other burrito joints in the area. For close to 10 pounds for a burrito I expected a bigger portion. Both Wahaca and Tortilla, which are also near by, offers much better value and quality of foodLocation wise it is on the quieter side of the Wharf which is fast developing into the more food focussed side. Which means there are plenty of, frankly better, alternatives just next door. I’d recommend checking out the Wharf Kitchen.

Ordered a veggie salad bowl. Lettuce, fajita veggies, sour cream, beans, cheese and guac. Also got some tortilla chips. Flavour and service was good ! Lacking some flavour tho, and tortillas was a tiny bit hard for my liking. Staff was very nice. Overall 8/10
