Belmont Dry Cleaners

First time using this company and amazed at how clean my son's school blazer came back. I've had it dry cleaned many times at other places but it has always come back with stains. This time, it has come back spotless. Will definitely use again and highly recommend!

I took a ladies coat into Belmont Dry Cleaners as I required it to be shortened .They have done this superbly and I would not hesitate in recommending this Dry Cleaners.

I too have used Belmont Dry Cleaners for many years. They are by far the very best of all the Dry Cleaners I have ever used. I was gob-smacked to see a one star review. Then I saw the reason for it and frankly, I find it utterly mean-spirited. You cannot leave items at a Dry Cleaners for nine months and expect them to be there when you eventually decide you want to collect them. Belmont also provide an alteration service which is also fantastic. I would give them six stars if I could.

Incredibly poor customer service and incorrect charging of services only reason I haven't given them one star is that the delivery pick up and drop off service was friendly but overall overpriced and not keen to use them again given there are others available.

Awful treatment of customers by the owner and staff. Raised a complaint and ask for a manager call back which never happened. I had to call back only to land to the owner who received the message of call back but couldn’t care less about reaching out to the customer. Tried to raise a complaint at that point and the first words that the owner said were to defend and justify the staff without even taking my complaint seriously. Not once he told me that he was sorry about the complaint and that he was going to investigate, as it should be done. Instead, his first words were “I dont believe you and we always do everything right”, completely disregarding the events of my complaint. Awful customer care and an owner who couldn’t care less when his customers, from whom he makes a living, have issues created by his staff. I will never ever go to Belmont again.

Best in the area but pricey. Good for alterations and mending also.

I've been using Belmont for years and they are great. Tried others I must admit but they just don't compare.Really surprised to see a bad review and knowing Billy in Chislehurst who is extremely good I questioned him and he said that those ski clothes were in their shop for more than 9 months! Don't blame them for getting rid of them to be honest...it's not a wardrobe and it clearly states on the paperwork that they dispose all items after 3 months.

Belmont Dry Cleaning did a superb job of cleaning and waterproofing my two ski jackets. Will certainly be using them again. Thank you.
