Dritan and his colleague were polite, considerate, efficient, and did an excellent job of cleaning the gutters and windows. D told me I'd overpaid, and quickly refunded the overpayment. Can't recommend highly enough.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with Dritan. I agreed to pay £100 for him to clean some windows as I thought he would do a good job. But he caused significant damage in my home: bizarrely yanking open curtains which clearly have a pulley system to open them, in a room which shouldn’t have been entered as a baby was sleeping there (in the middle of the room!) and the door was closed. As a result, my blackout curtains which cost me considerable money are badly torn in two places. Additionally, Dritan didn’t bring a scraper tool to actually clean some windows of tape, despite knowing this was part of the job (said he’d lost his tool). For this he knocked off a fiver, still charging me £95. He also didn’t clean the upstairs windows due to access issues. I actually cried after he left, that’s how disappointed and violated I felt. After I complained to him the next day, he sent me only some money back - meaning I still paid well over the odds to have a few windows cleaned and have my curtains broken - then he blocked my number. Attached is an image of one of our ‘cleaned’ windows. Incredibly disappointed. One of the worst experiences of tradespeople I’ve ever had - and we’ve had a few! Would avoid.Dritan, your response to this is quite bizarre. You refunded some money but I still paid £45 for only a few ‘cleaned’ windows and you broke my curtains! You don’t have a ‘cancellation policy’ so to charge me because you came here a few times and then said there were other people working here so you couldn’t do the job is frankly bizarre. You took my money and caused me a big issue. It’s shameful.

Dritan was very efficient, polite and tidy. He also gave us a one hour time slot the day before at our request. I won’t hesitate recommending him for gutter cleaning service.

Dritan was very polite and professional. He did a thorough job of cleaning gutters that was thick with vegetation and unblocked the downpipe. He was also able to advise me on issues that need further work such as replacing fascias and crumbling brickwork.
