The plants that I have ordered in the past have always arrived on time or before , with the quality of Packing used the condition is really good.And first class healthy plants. Melvyn.

Have always had great plants from T&M. First time though ordered hanging baskets. I was not disappointed. Ordered 2 Coral Falls. They took a little while to get going but then they just exploded with flowers. Neighbours have commented on how lovely they look. Will certainly be ordering again next year. They did need looking after i.e. the larger they got I had to water every day. Even when it had rained as the rain found it hard to get inside the baskets. But heck, takes couple minutes to water and the results are stunning.

Put order in for caulis, corgettes, and kale 23rd March. Delivery date for these changed after the order.11th April - Courgettes arrive and have clearly been snapped during packaging. None were viable. Photo sent. Asked to cancel and refund full order.22nd April, was refunded for courgettes only. Emailed them. Told caulis were being packed, but refund would be initiated for the kale.11th May - Received 10 dead kale plants in the post. Have not had any more refunded.21st May I've sent 3 emails to Richard who replies to everyone on Trustpilot. No reply. I have received another partial refund. 2 months on from initially putting in the order, they haven't refunded all the money I paid them.

*Thompson &Morgan have provided me with plants over many years and I have always been delighted with the result.They have an excellent reputation amongst all my friends and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

It's a real shame such a household name for quality plants seems to have slipped in quality so badly. Usually my go to for seeds and on those occasions when needed plants I have never been disappointed until 2022. Poor quality plants, missing deliveries, poor delivery dispatch tracking the list goes on, almost two months on from my initial order I am waiting for plants and those that I have had even though I paid for the additional so called great start treatment. Even fool proof Lillie's are dying and awful quality. None of my other plants I have grown are like yours. Despite several wonderful customer service advisors assistance today's disingenous advisor popped the nail in my Thompson and Morgan coffin

My first order of Geranium Plugs arrived broken and dried out, I managed to save one plant (out of 12). T&M replaced the plants but they took weeks to arrive and again arrived dried out (9/12 might survive). The size of the plug plants is misleading to a novice gardener, they are tiny. They will need a huge amount of tlc in a greenhouse before going outside, I doubt the replacement plants will even make it outdoors this year.

I never normally complain but I ordered £100 of bedding plants on line through The Telegraph from Thompson and Morgan and I know these are difficult times, but honestly apart for 5 plugs of white trailing petunias, the rest of my deliveries (which have been despatched over the last 4 weeks) and twice on a Friday of a Bank Holiday (so taking 4 days+ to finally arrive) the plants have arrived in a very unusable state and what I consider a complete waste of money. I have tried emailing (which bounces back) and calling (which they state phone lines are closed) and really other than this I dont know which way to turn. If you cant cope/give satisfactory plants then really you shouldnt send them out. I would appreciate it if someone could please answer me and a refund hopefully in the coming days??????????

I have frequently brought plant seed from this retailer. To-date, I find Thompson & Morgan to offer at competitive prices an eclectic range of plant seed, which in my experience have a good rate of germination, and grow up to be plants of good quality. P&P is priced reasonably and the delivery service in my experience is good. All round I am happy customer. Attached are images of flowers grown in my garden from the seed I brought as Thompson and Morgan - ''Californian Poppy-Peach Sorbet' and ' Great Scarlet Poppy'.

From the start of the pandemic, I have been ordering seeds and plants. The ordering process, the info about delivery and the plants themselves are excellent. The quality of the plants is really good. I will continue buying from Thompson & Morgan when everything goes back to normal

I ordered 2 blue salvia from T&M. It said they’d be dispatched in 3days… 5 weeks, two emails and a phone call later they arrived. The lady I spoke to at Customer Services was very apologetic and organised a refund and said I would also get the plants as they had gone past the stage of cancellation…..I am glad I got a refund because, as the picture shows, when they arrived they were practically dead, the soil was completely dry, the stems were unsupported and some had snapped. I will not be ordering from T&M again.
